Once we have your order we will book you a date we both agree on. If we are doing multiple rooms we will agree a schedule that works for both of us
Just before we arrive please prepare your room(s) as we have agreed and then wait for our skilled fitters to turn up and work their magic
As with any business there are some common questions and issues we have faced over the years. We would much prefer to avoid these and find a conversation is by far the best way to iron out any unlikely problems. Here is what we have learnt and would like to share. to help you understand what we need in exchange for perfectly fitted product
Uplift Of Old Flooring:
Before we fit your new flooring it is likely that you will need to uplift your old flooring prior to fitting. For an additional fee we can uplift your old flooring and dispose of it.
Whilst fitting your new flooring some waste will be generated. Off cuts of underlay, carpets or cushion flooring. We kindly ask you to dispose of this although for a small additional charge we can take it away. This will be decided upon together when you place your order.
If at all possible we will ask you to clear any room(s) prior to our fitters arriving. However, we understand this isn't always possible so we can send two of our friendly staff to move your furniture but this will come at an additional charge, which we will agree on together.
Fitting must be paid in full direct to our fitter upon completion of any works carried out. Our fitters will require 48 hours notice for any cancellation. If this is not given a charge may apply at the discretion of our fitter.
