As with any business there are some common questions and issues we have faced over the years. We would much prefer to avoid these and find a conversation is by far the best way to iron out any unlikely problems. Here is what we have learnt and would like to share...

Payment:

We will ask for full payment at the point of ordering, unless prearranged with the management. We do not offer any form of credit. All items remain the property of Askews until full payment is made

Measuring:

Askew’s will not take any responsibility for any miss measuring by a customer. If your measurements are wrong and your flooring does not fit it will still be charged for (at the discretion of the management)

We offer a free measuring service, please use it.

Fitting Charges:

Fitting must be paid in full direct to our fitter upon completion of any works carried out. Our fitters will require 48 hours notice for any cancellation. If this is not given a charge may apply at the discretion of our fitter.
